Our products
Our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients, so slight variations in colour, texture and fragrance between batches are normal. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the product you receive. Our products are cosmetic and personal care products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please do a patch test before first use and stop using any product if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before use.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, address, pincode and phone number. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Reviews
