Shipping policy

We currently ship across India. All orders are delivered through trusted courier partners via Shiprocket.

Order processing

Our products are handmade in small batches. Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of being placed.

Shipping charges

Within Maharashtra: Rs. 69 per order.

Rest of India: Rs. 169 per order.

Free shipping on all orders of Rs. 999 and above, anywhere in India.

Delivery time

Within Maharashtra: usually 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Rest of India: usually 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Remote locations may take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by festivals, weather or courier delays beyond our control.

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you.

Address and delivery attempts

Please make sure your shipping address, pincode and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because the recipient was unavailable or refused delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel looks damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help. See our Refund Policy for details.
